when you have you own website. what you want to do is increase your web traffic. this is the most difficult task. it is more difficult than to write the code of website.

I began to build a website in June 2006. at that time i only use the free space provided by google. they also provide me a subdomain name. after the buiding of website, i face the task of how to promote it.

1. the first way i used is join a link and traffic exchange program. that means i place a code in my website. then it will show links of other's web site, when i bring some traffic to other website. other website will also bring traffic to me. this is a kind of exchange. but the result is disappointed , it only bring me 10-20 visitor per day.

2. the second way i tried is a pop windows change program (www.needip.com). that means when the other web site is poped up/under from my website . other website will also pop my website. this way of traffic exchang is pretty good. it can bring some traffic. but the shortcoming is , if your website is a business website. your custom may not like the pop windows. so it is not appropriate for business website.

3. the third way i tried is join the google adword program and baidu's advertise (this is a chinese company). through this way , it bring you not only traffic, but also customs. so this is the best way.  the shortcoming is: although this advertise providers use some methods to find the publishers who use fraud clicks to steal your money, their methods does not also effective. so if you have no enough money , this is not a good way.

4. the fourth way i tried is buy some expired domain name. before you buy this kind of domain name, you should first try to find out what website this domain name has been used for and if it still have some visitor at this time. you can try to see it's alexa rank , you can also try to google it  to see how many links it has. the more links the more good. because these links can bring you real traffic in the future.   the shortcoming is: if you can find a good domain like this. the other people can also find it. so when join the bid for this domain. the price will be high at the end of the bid. the price of one of the domain bid i joined end to 67,000$ because this domain's google rank is 8 and it contains only 3 letters. the bid winner must be confident that it will bring him many visitors.  but 5 months later, when i check the domain again, it's google rank become 0 and its owner is try to sell the domain again.  the fact is that when you change the content of site associated with that domain, it google rank will changed too. so the owner must be very disappointed at this time. I win two domains in this domain name bid, one domain can bring me 500 visitors every day (,factsea.com: the price i bougt is 500$), and the other can bring me 100 visitor per day (ebuyinfo.com 47$).

5. the last way i used the autosurf program. that means when you surf the other's webs, the other's will surf your webs. because this is a autosurf program, so actually no people have seen your webs. it only bring you traffic, can not bring you custom.  the shortcoming is : even the best program can only bring you 200 visitor per day, because no really good webmaster will use this way to increase the web traffic. many webmasters add some virus and bugs in the webpages that they use to surf. so when you surf the webs, you will get many virus and bugs.  I will never use this again.

6. buy traffic from the traffic provider. this can increase your traffic very quickly.  the price for 1000 visitor is 8-20 $. some providers will send real traffic to your website. but others not, they only i your web site in a very small window, i have seen a provide set the window to 1,1, so no people can actully see your web. shit!!!!!

      I have tried almost all the way i can find. but no one is good enough. if you have a good way. please tell me.
