6463529800 - This is a collection agency. It comes up as NAVIGATA. They leave a message telling you to delete if they have reached you in error. Then they give you an account number and another number to call. What a pain! I think deadbeats out there are giving bogus phone numbers so when they default on their credit, they won't be bothered by collection agency phone calls!! Stinks for those whose numbers are coincidentally given out!
